My family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude of the exceptional work from owner Steve & his team from Blue Umbrella. Steve's team, salesman & customer service rep Tony & Foreman Jose & the crew worked together like a well oiled machine to complete our basement waterproofing installation.From Tony's initial consultation to the final cleanup, the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Blue Umbrella was outstanding. When the team arrived on Friday morning, they clearly explained the steps involved in the process, and addressed all of my concerns regarding the specific issues in my basement. I had cleared out all of our personal belongings days before so the crew could unhook the washer, dryer and refrigerator, then moved them to the center of the room.That's it! That's all I had to do. The rest of the time I stayed out of the crews way and I started shooting short videos and taking pictures throughout the whole process. It was amazing watching the crew work together over that 8 hour period. I also had an original oil tank that was located in the corner of the basement. After removing it when we first moved into the house we replaced it with a gas furnace in a different part of the basement. There was a concrete lip that surrounded the oil tank at the time and it was never removed. I asked the owner Steve about chipping the concrete lip to make that part of the floor more level for when I use a floor epoxy to finish the floor. He had one of the crew chip it out with the jackhammer and go over it with fresh concrete. He didn't charge us any extra for the work. It goes to show you the big heart this company has in treating their clients with respect and appreciation in any little way possible.The Blue Umbrella crew of 8 worked effortlessly with installing the French drain system with a 1 horsepower Blue Angel sump pump, including a trench drain drainage system and a discharge anti freezing device. Originally Tony had told us the crew would take about 2 days to complete the project. They started at 9am and were done approximately by 5pm the same day.Now just remember that our house is a small cape and the square footage of the basement perimeter is only 108sqft. The main problem we had over the years was a wet basement. But over the last 5 years the puddles of water began to get larger and over time more leaks started to spread throughout the corners of the basement walls, so we started the search again, looking into more waterproofing companies to do the job. Not only were we happy with the quoted price, but Tony took his time to go over every aspect of the install. He made us feel very comfortable, as did the entire crew.There was none of that aggressive sales tactics being used on us.We know it's not a simple and easy decision to make about doing any type of construction on your home, but you really need to ask the right questions, meet with "MULTIPLE" businesses and to do the required research it takes to connect and work with the most efficient, trustworthy, skillful & qualified people in the business.Just a quick note to let you all know that we probably picked the wrong time of year to get the basement waterproofed, middle of winter???🤦🏻‍♂️But if you look at the detailed pictures I took the original foundation dirt & gravel underneath the jacked out concrete was still wet and not frozen. We did not have any major cracks in the foundation or in the walls of our basement. I can understand if you own a larger home with a huge basement that other water problems could factor into a longer timetable of the completion of your basement waterproofing install.It's such a relief after 22 years of finally having a peace of mind that comes with knowing the basement foundation is properly protected. Our property had a lot of water issues from a poor sump pump and had a lot of moisture in the basement. We got quotes from several different waterproofing companies, including Blue Umbrella. Steve and Luis Garcia were very helpful through the entire process, without being overbearing and without trying to make a hard sell. They were willing to work with us on the price, and also offer competitive pricing. They use top-of-the-line equipment for the project and I have no issues at all with the instillation. We added a second sump pump with battery backups, a French drain, and a dehumidifier. I could tell the humidity in the basement had improved almost immediately after instillation. They were also very quick to come out and get the job done, and the crew was very efficient and finished ahead of schedule both days of the project. I would highly recommend them for any basement waterproofing project.

Steve and his team and Blue Umbrella are truly world class. They remediated a serious leak issue in my garage by installing a French drain system and sump pump. The job was done quickly, cleanly, and everything works great. Recently when I had water leaking in to my garage again they came back to assess the issue and even though it was determined the new leak had nothing to do with their original job, they stepped up and fixed everything for me. I have only positive things to say about this company. I had 3 Top tier similar companies come out to give me estimates and review the information with me. Even though they weren't the lowest price... It seemed that no companies offered Similar protection against future events. The guarantee from Fortress itself that is apparently lasts the lifetime of the home makes it the best investment. During the process I had one of the Blue Umbrella employees come out twice to take measurements and go over pricing. During the installation the owner Steve came to do a little inspection And together we noticed that there was one more place that a strap could be placed. Being that we already agreed on the price he actually added the last strap for free which I think speaks a lot for the company. Steve also gave me honest advice on how I can resolve other related problems in the basement and the reason I know that it was honest is he told me in that case it would be cheaper to go with somebody else😆. When the owner of a company is willing to be that honest you know they are not looking to screw you over and nickel and dime you. Additionally the workers who came were meticulously clean about the environment and laid down paper And plastic to protect the floors and items around the problem areas. Although I would like to give balanced feedback it's difficult to come up with any negatives other than damn basement problems are expensive😅... thanks to everyone involved. I will definitely use Blue Umbrella again when I have a problem that I know needs to be dealt with correctly the first time. Of course I can't predict the future but I am hopeful that the investment in the warranty will keep my future buyers satisfied as other companies only offered 25 years... which is most likely the time where I would be selling the home.

Blue Umbrella's team was amazing! Fernando is such a handing working member in the company. He was very polite, professional and came two days in a row. One day to install the vaper barrier and the other day to dig one part outside till the footer and apply hydrolic paint to the leakage area. He worked long hours and on the 2nd day even worked till 7:30pm. He went above and beyond. Looking forward to the heavy rain to test out the whole waterproof system. Only one minor thing is that our basement wasn't left as clean as the other reviewers mentioned. I specifically requested to have the AC unit, the water boiler, washer and dryer to be covered with plastic drops before they started the job and they agreed. However, when the job was done, they were all covered with dust. Because if they don't have time to do it, I would have covered them myself ahead of the time. Anyway, the most important thing is a working waterproof system! We will be eternally grateful if no more water in the basement!

Highly recommend Blue Umbrella Waterproofing for their experience and knowledge. Our first meeting with Tony, PM for Blue Umbrella went better than expected. He listened to the issues with the basement, the took the time to explain what Blue Umbrella had to offer as a fix. The day the work was scheduled, the job started on time in the morning and completed, as promised, that afternoon. The team led by Jose, were very courteous and professional. When the job was completed, the job site was already cleaned, very little for us to do but wait for the cement to cure.We very much appreciate the work completed by Blue Umbrella and would highly recommend and use them again.

Tony, Paul and the entire crew from Blue Umbrella were very thorough and professional with the modernization of our french drain system in our basement. I myself was very diligent about my basement project and had done a lot of research and reading. I had tons of questions and concerns from my side on the design of the system, but Tony was very patient with my questions, understood my concerns and was willing to address them with the new system's design . Steve, Tony, and Jose along with the rest of the team made my basement waterproofing experience easy, stress-free, and cost effective.Starting from the initial consultation Tony made the experience very non threatening, informational, and very tailored to our specific needs. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all.On top of that, their professional recommendations regarding my foundation cracks and high quality parts and equipment made me feel at ease regarding my home. We went with straps to protect the foundation from further damage, a whole house french drain, and new sump pump with back up battery and commercial dehumidifier.Sounds like a lot but really took only two days for the job to be finished! Talk about efficiency. If you want to set it and forget and never worry about water in your basement and other water proofing needs. The Blue Umbrella team just finished putting in a French drain and waterproofing my basement and did an amazing job! Tony did a great job walking me through the process and making me comfortable on what was being done. Diego and team were such hard workers installing the French drain and pumps. The final step was adding the vapor barrier and Fernando made it all come together. My basement looks great and now I don’t have to worry about water getting in. We hired blue umbrella to do our basement. We had a water issue. They did a wonderful job and they are very neat clean and very courteous. I couldn’t have asked for a bitter company to do our basement. It looks beautiful when they left. You never knew they were here except for the repair and the new equipment, which is also very good quality. I can’t say enough how wonderful and awesome the job they did is. My experience working with Steve and his team was nothing short of exceptional. Luckily, we did not need his team to help us with an emergency flood or leak. Updating our french drain and sump pump system was identified as a priority during our initial home inspection. What is different with Steve from others I interviewed to contract this work, he was incredibly knowledgable. He was the only person I spoke with that was willing to explain how problems emerge requiring waterproofing and the process he and his team use to ensure our basement will never experience major issues. Also, his pricing was very reasonable based on the value of work completed. I highly recommend and will be a repeat customer!

Dee V and the entire Blue Umbrella team were flawless. Honest, professional and knowledgeable. Unlike other companies we reviewed, their materials were superior—stronger pumps, sturdier drain pipes with no clog drainage, bigger container bin and the adherence to respect older homes (they installed foundation support not to compromise our 1929 walls)! We installed window well drains as well and they were half the price of competitors—better system.The owner, Steve, is an ex police officer and is totally committed to service. I called him 3x and he answered immediately and introduced himself as the owner before he knew whether I had a question or a complaint. I had NO complaints, by the way. The team came on time, stayed until the work was done and were back to review the work. They also left the basement swept and sprayed clean after each step.If you don’t want a flashy sales pitch, want honest pricing and quality materials—Blue Umbrella is your company.

Lovely company. Very personable. I worked with Tony who was easy to communicate with and readily available for any questions.The owner, Steve, came to my home and looked over the completed worked and helped me with questions about my dehumidifier.Blue Umbrella was able to troubleshoot and tailor the job to fit my specific basement needs.I also feel comfortable that if there is ever an issue - they will continue to support the work they did for me.My job consisted of : 1930's bricked basement and crawl space/ french drain, sump pump, encapsulation, dehumidifier, masonry repair, and crawl space door.Asbury Park , NJ.

Damaged my foundation. It crumbled. Left with a big disaster. Called and texted blown off for weeks waiting to see if they could fix. Finally told me they couldn’t fix it or help me. Now I have a cracked foundation and no French drain. Completely ignored me many times. Most stressful experience I have ever had with a contractor. They should have not jack hammered my floor after seeing the wall. It couldn’t handle it.

Steve from Blue Umbrella did waterproofing of our house 2 years ago, and everything has held up great! Our basement has remained extremely dry, the sump pumps work perfectly with battery backup, and the vapor barrier adds a clean look to the many unfinished areas of our basement. I unfortunately had drainage issues after my new addition was completed and found Blue Umbrella Waterproofing online. Tony came for a free estimate and educated me on the issue and explained the entire process to remediate my issue from start to finish. All work was done as agreed upon, in a timely fashion, and extra care was made to ensure my personal property was kept tidy and safe from the work zone. They also made a great effort to put the flooring and insulation aside that could be reinstalled saving me extra material costs. Tony kept me apprised with updates during the 2 day process and Paul the foreman and the crew were great and even shared with me photos and videos along the way! I’d happily recommend this company in the future and note that they offer a variety of competitive financing options if a consideration.

Amazing experience from top to bottom. When I called Blue Umbrella I got Steve, the owner, not a call center. He was understanding to my situation and quickly got a salesman out two days later. Marvin was thorough and honest, gave me options that helped my issue, and never made me feel like I was being sold anything. Felt like they cared about fixing my issues. After agreeing to the job, we scheduled it for 5 days later. The morning of the job the owner Steve and my salesman Marvin were both at my house with coffee and donuts thanking us for giving them the job. Jose, the lead foreman made sure the house was covered in protective tarp from any debris and him and his crew worked excellent the entire day. When the job was done, the team made the area cleaner than it was when they came in. Would recommend this company to anyone with water issues in their basement, you will not be disappointed.

We recently hired Blue Umbrella to redo our basement waterproofing after finding evidence of water damage in our new home. We met with Tony for the initial inspection. Unlike other companies, he wasn't pushy and explained what they would do, and more importantly, why. We used Blue Umbrella to update our basement waterproofing following major plumbing updates to our sewer & water main lines. Our initial bid & inspection were provided by Marvin, who I cannot say enough positive things about. He is such a great person -- extremely knowledgeable, authentic and honest. He also took the time to help me make sense of other bids we had gotten for the waterproofing job and to understand what solutions made the most sense for our basement. In the end, we decided to go with Blue Umbrella. Not only did they offer a far more competitive price point for the overall job (which included replacing a poorly installed sump pump that our plumber put in & a brand new French drain installation) -- but, also included in our bid were the leader line installation, moisture barrier installation and a new dehumidifier installation. Our project managers (Wilson & Diego) were extremely knowledgeable & led a great crew of workers, who were all highly efficient, hard working & courteous. Our job took 2 days, and both days the crew left our job site immaculate. They even took the time to backfill the trench left behind by the plumbing company, because the dirt had settled quite a bit, and this, without even being asked to do so. This entire team went above & beyond for our project, from owner (Steve), to supervisor (Marvin), to Wilson and the entire work crew. These guys were all wonderful! Best of all, their work comes with a Lifetime Warranty certificate, which can be transferred should we ever sell this home. I highly recommend Blue Umbrella. We consulted with 5 different companies and Blue Umbrella was our pick after hearing everyone out and doing our own research. I could not be happier with our decision. Blue Umbrella has excellent service, good warranties, and most importantly, an excellent top-of-the-line system. The job was completed in one day and done very professionally.Tony helped us from the start and helped us understand the process very well. The team at Blue Umbrella was fantastic from start to finish. We all worry about our homes and who we choose to do work, especially when it comes to big projects like these. From beginning to end, I had a great experience with Blue Umbrella. Marvin was very thorough during his initial visit. Both Marvin and Steve stopped by a few times during the installation to make sure everything went as planned. The workers were great as well. All our belongings were covered in plastic and everything was clean and reinstalled when the job was complete. We just had some heavy rain and the basement is nice and dry. Thank you.

Blue Umbrella fixed a large horizontal crack in my home’s foundation (25-foot long, 3/8” wide). They installed a terrific “Fortress” system consisting of super-strong vertical straps attached with super-strong epoxy, then anchored super-securely at the top and bottom. (The Fortress system is much stronger than competing strap systems.) My wall is even stronger now than when it was built. And the job comes with a lifetime warranty (material and labor) that is transferable to a future homeowner! Blue Umbrella’s owner Steve Karlik oversaw the project closely and went to great lengths to make sure the job met the standards of all involved: me, the manufacturer Fortress, and Steve himself. Steve has extraordinarily high standards for work quality and customer satisfaction. I am very pleased, and I highly recommend Blue Umbrella for foundation repairs.

I have never experienced the level of customer care, and expediency, that I have with Blue Umbrella.From when I asked for a quote to when the job was done was a total of two weeks. Update: After initially giving Blue Umbrella a four-star rating, the owner, Steve, personally reached out and stopped by to address my concerns. He fixed the grommets on the sump pump lids, ensuring the system is airtight to prevent radon leakage. Steve even went the extra mile by checking and fixing loose connections in the Radon system, which wasn't his responsibility, and he's also helping me with improving the air quality in my home. I’m incredibly impressed with Steve’s dedication and how he went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. We had the best experience of getting French drains from start to finish. Jim was very personable and explained every detail of a French drain and how it works (which is nice to know). His presentation was very informative to make sure we made the right choice. The crew that came over to do the job was excellent. Steve the owner came by after to check the basement just to make sure the best job was done. Steve made sure they went above and beyond with cleaning up the aftermath. Steve then installed the dehumidifier and made sure we knew how to clean the filters. This company makes sure you are all set as opposed to installing and leaving. Highly recommend.

Blue Umbrella is phenomenal! We started our basement renovation and after demo the contractor shared our current waterproofing system seems to be failing and we should replace it before finishing the basement. They don’t do waterproofing so we researched and contacted a bunch of companies.We landed on 3 companies with 3 different systems to do in-person visits. Blue Umbrella stood out and far exceeded the rest from the initial inquiry. They showed up prepared with a video explaining their process, why basements need waterproofing, the actual product they will install and those they remove from homes and explained the pros and cons of the systems. None of the other companies educated us on waterproofing at all. Blue Umbrella did.We ended up going with the full waterproofing offerings including: French drain, 2 sump pumps (we had these already with our old system), battery backup, humidifier and vapor barrier (these were new additions). We have had heavy rains since the system has been installed and there has been no water intrusion in the basement. Plus it doesn’t smell musty and damp as it did with the previous system.I will note that the owner Steve is amazing. He’s in contact with you throughout the entire process. He treats his workers very kind and is at the job site every day.

After meeting with 3 different waterproofing companies, we chose Blue Umbrella for a full french drain and sump pump installation. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice! We had an existing french drain system that was failing due to iron ochre so it was important to us that the company we hired fully understood this issue. From the beginning, Marvin and Steve (the owner) were great to work with. They were both very professional and very responsive. They answered all our questions and walked us through exactly how they would complete the work which made us feel extremely comfortable. On the day of the install, the foreman, Jose, and his team did a wonderful job. They completed the work in one day and left our basement cleaner than when they had started! They also provided us with 3 cleanouts for the drain and instructions on how to maintain it so we would not experience the same issues as with our old drain. Both Steve and Marvin were also present on the day of installation and Marvin stopped by after the work was completed to make sure that there were no issues and that we were satisfied with the work that was completed. It has been 2.5 weeks and we are thrilled that our basement is dry and that the sump pump is so quiet. We would not hesitate to recommend Blue Umbrella to anyone looking for a waterproofing company.

With the installation just completed a few days ago, the overall experience was very good. The work started on-time and ended on-time. The workers were very polite and made adjustments as needed to varying conditions. The clean-up was excellent. The concrete work is very good. There was no dust or residual dirt. One minor point: The sump pump configuration required parts that were not on hand. The standard configuration that is used is not flexible, and more attention should be paid to this. Otherwise, the price is right, the work is very professional, and the experience was very good.

I had four waterproofing companies come to give me estimates and describe the work that they were proposing to do. One company proposed to only do a partial waterproofing job. This would have been much cheaper but only part of problem would be solved. One firm had a very polished presentation but I didn’t like the system they were going to install. The other two companies were close in price and comparable in work to be done. Of these two companies I chose Blue Umbrella based on Tony’s excellent presentation and Steve’s involvement from the start.The work was started on time and completed sooner than promised. The workers and foremen were careful not to make more of a mess than was necessary. They put clean tarps on our wood floors and carefully covered all our belongings to keep them clean. The basement mostly finished with plasterboards walls and carpeted floor.I am very satisfied with the quality of work done and do not hesitate to recommend them if you need basements waterproofing!

We had three floods in our newly carpeted basement before finding Blue Umbrella. While other contractors steered us in the wrong direction, Steve and team were honest, fair, and most importantly correct. Since we had our French drain installed, we haven't had a drop of water despite torrential rains. After watching several basement waterproofing videos on YouTube, I decided to search for local companies that used the French drain system that came most recommended instead of the system that I saw most often being replaced. I contacted Blue Umbrella for a free inspection on a Saturday morning and heard back from them immediately. Tony came out to do the inspection and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He had samples and a slide presentation that answered all of my concerns. I had met with other companies and they do not compare with the professionalism provided by Tony, Steve and the Blue Umbrella crew. After the inspection I was given a detailed estimate and a timeline for the work to be done. Upon signing the contract I was scheduled for the job and the work was completed within the time frame I was given. Both Tony and Steve were present on the day of installation and that’s not something you see very often. Blue Umbrella did a fantastic job installing a sump pump and interior french drain system in my house. Tony did a great job explaining the project to me during our initial conversation. The crew that came over was able to install the perimeter pipes, dig out a new sump pit, and install the sump all in one day, which was a huge plus. I had other places tell me it would take up to a week. And the final product looks great. Not only were they efficient with their time but they were also thorough. At one point the owner even stopped by and had the team fix a minor issue with my Bilco steps while they had it removed to get underneath. Somehow they even managed to thoroughly clean up the downstairs and yard before nightfall.

We got a french drain installed in the basement and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Steve and Tony are professional, quick to respond, and thorough in their explanations. The prices were also very reasonable, which I know because I had quotes from other contractors. All of their workers are also polite and hard working, getting the job done in just 1.5 days and our basement was not an easy job. We had our French Drain system with a battery backup pump installed by Blue Umbrella and it a great experience. During the initial visit with Tony, he explained the whole process, took accurate measurements and showed us exactly what they would be doing. We wanted our french drain replaced before finishing our basement. We found Blue Umbrella through positive recommendations in Facebook groups. Steve's estimate was mid priced and better than some other companies in the area. We are very happy with the work that was done and with Steve himself. He is very responsive, honest and knowledgeable and the work is quality. He doesn't try to sell you on anything, just provide his best recommendation. I ask a ton of questions and he answered all of them patiently. He stayed in contact when the work was being done and brought extra people to the job to get it done quicker. He was quick to fix some things and came back to explain how everything worked. All contractors that have since come to the house have said Blue Umbrella did everything right with the french drain. I don't say good things lightly and I would highly recommend him.

Steve and his Blue Umbrella team really took care of all my waterproofing needs. My basement has been leaking with rain water for the past two months. After hiring a contractor and believing all my issues were solved, my basement continued to leak. I then got in touch with Blue Umbrella, and they really took the time to help solve my issue. We recently purchased a home, there was a very heavy musty smell in the basement and we wanted to have a battery powered back up for the sump pump, since our town seems to loose power from time to time so we decided to waterproof the basement and install a back up for the sump pump avoid any potential issues. Blue Umbrella was highly recommended. They did a great job. They installed a heavy duty sump pump, emergency battery backup for the sump pumps with built in high water alarms and water profed the exposed walls. In the process of waterproofing the wall we realized how much water was sitting behind our basement walls and causing all this moisture damage. Absolutely flawless service. I cannot give any higher praise and recommendation for Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. Steve and his crew showed up right on time ready to go the day of the job, no messing around right to it. We had a decent sized French drain system installed in our basement. Before lunch the system was halfway complete, these guys work like a well oiled machine. By the time the job was completed I can honestly say the basement and garage were cleaner then before Blue Umbrella came in to do the work. I shopped around for weeks before making my choice to use Steve and the guys. Let me save you the hassle, bang for the buck Blue Umbrella provides much much more service and value for the price. Not only was Steve more competitive in pricing, he even came in with a battery backup dual cast iron pump system for much less than the base price of the standard system of other companies. Not to mention even 10k less than another company. My original appraisal walk through wasn't the ordinary sales pitch that I experienced with other sales reps. Steve's presentation was much more informative and spent a hour discussing my needs rather than selling me on some profitable system for his company. He was honest and put me at ease about choosing him for this big job. These guys are organized, friendly, respectful, and well experienced professionals. We recently purchased a home, and mold was found due to moisture in the basement. After the mold issue was resolved, we decided to waterproof the basement to avoid further issues. Blue Umbrella was highly recommended. They did a great job. They installed 2 heavy duty 1/2 horsepower sump pumps, 2 emergency battery backup sump pumps with built in high water alarms, 1 heavy duty Santa Fe dehumidifier which removes up to 70 pints a day of water from the air, and installed 14mil vapor barrier on exterior walls, stops moisture penetration, lifetime warranty. I was unaware of how much work is involved to waterproof a basement. They did a lot of work which would take another page to list everything they did! Their price was fair, and it was worth every penny for our own peace of mind! When the Town Inspector returned to see the final results, the first thing he said was “neat job, very good”We will be enjoying our basement for many years!Thanks Steve from Blue Umbrella!

Our basement had been very wet. Everyday, we were sopping and vacuuming water. We finally had enough and gave Blue Umbrella a call. We can’t say enough good things about the work they did for us. The crew headed by foreman Jefferson did a tremendous and beautiful job on the basement waterproofing. They arrived early, were professional and cleaned up nicely after themselves. We moved into our house about a year ago. The basement had one sump pump, but the water table in our area is high so we were getting a lot of moisture and sediment on the walls, as well as some small wet spots on the concrete floor. We would like to be able to finish the basement in the not too distant future and even the little bit of water that we were getting would have prevented us from moving forward with any additional improvements to the basement. It also helped attract spiders and kept us from wanting to go down there at all. We got quotes from Steve and one other waterproofer in the area, both of whom were recommended by a very reputable local water-remediation guy. Both companies had similar methods, but used different products/systems. While I felt both quotes were reasonable, the Blue Umbrella quote was slightly lower. But it was more than price that led my decision. My wife and I both liked the focus on keeping everything very clean, hanging tarps to keep dust from moving upstairs, using fans to pull dust outside, etc. Additionally, the system that Blue Umbrella uses is the industry standard and I felt more secure. The day that the team came to install the French drain, they were very efficient and kept me informed the entire time. Once they had opened up the floor, they brought me down to look at the footer and I could see the amount of water that was sitting under the house. It was definitely more than I expected. We have a decent sized basement, and there were a lot of obstacles to work around, but the team completed the job in a single day. The concrete finishing looks great…probably better than the concrete that was there before. The entire system is sealed up and we now have two sump pumps clearing the water out of the house. It has been a little over a month since it was installed, and every time I go down to the basement I notice that the floor is completely dry all around and the air just seems drier. I am currently monitoring the humidity levels to verify if my old dehumidifier is working properly, but it already feels better. I would recommend Steve and the guys at Blue Umbrella to anyone I know. The team was courteous and professional, and they did a great job, leaving me with a really great finished product. The team was top notch and Steve is very trustworthy. He’s honest with you right from the start and keeps you in the loop throughout the process. Great guy, great team, great company, great job!

Nothing but good things to say about the Blue Umbrella Waterproofing Company. I live in a flood zone and constantly was having water issues in my basement. They came same day I called to look at the problem and recommended that I get French drains. Also recommended to get a drain running across the basement floor where most of the water was entering from. They came a few days later and installed it in no time. They also installed a brand new pit and sump pump that was more efficient for my type of house. After the work was completed I have not had any more water entering my basement. All of the workers were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Blue Umbrella Waterproofing to anyone having water issues. For the amount of work that was done their prices are very reasonable. You will not be disappointed going with them.

I’ve got my french drain with pump installed about 10 months ago.
